Katherine has partnered with entrepreneurs, senior business leaders and their families throughout her time at HSBC and RBC Wealth Management.

Over the last 5 years within her role of Head of New Business at RBC, based on her own successful client relationships she refined a repeatable strategy for others to ensure deeply personal relationships with clients providing them with the right plan and advice.

Katherine can be relied on for her knowledge, experience, her candour, empathy and intuition. Having mentored and led a team of relationship managers she is no stranger to the importance of asking sometimes challenging questions. She is certainly not one who would ever be forgotten after a meeting.

Katherine has a love for travelling with her family to explore new cultures, foods, and wines! Katherine believes strongly in the beauty that neuro diversity affords. Curiosity, reliability and delivering is of utmost importance to her.

Ollie has spent his career advising business leaders and entrepreneurs on their wealth journey. He spent eleven years with the Royal Bank of Canada in relationship management roles, where most recently he created and led a strategy focused on individuals and management teams working in – and backed by – private equity.

Prior to his time at RBC – where he was a member of the UK Senior Leadership Team – he spent four years with Citi Private Bank, starting out as an alternative investments analyst before moving into relationship management.

Ollie brings a distinctive outlook influenced by a deep interest in psychotherapy. His commitment to understanding the intricate layers of human behaviour, combined with his professional experience, enables him to provide clients with insights that extend beyond the traditional.

Ollie comes from an Anglo-French background, is father to two, and is a self-confessed Beatles obsessive. He read Arabic and French at the University of Exeter, during which time he spent an eventful year living in Syria and travelling around the Middle East – a part of the world by which he continues to be fascinated.

Holly has over 13 years of industry experience, a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Aberdeen and professional qualifications including the CISI Investment Advice Diploma and CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice. She is also a CISI Accredited Paraplanner.

During her 8-year tenure at Santander UK, Holly worked as a Personal Banker and Customer Service Manager in the South-East, actively participating in the Women in Business Network.

Transitioning into Wealth Management, she spent 5 years with a multi-jurisdictional firm, notably serving as Compliance Officer for the Middle East while based in Dubai, and as Advice Operations Manager on a global scale. She played a key role in developing a cross-border financial advice proposition tailored for internationally mobile individuals.

Holly’s expertise lies in paraplanning, research, and technical advice monitoring, evident in her leadership roles where she trained and mentored advice teams internationally. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence extend beyond work, reflected in her pursuits like dancing and academic study. She can usually be found watching the polo most weekends during the season.

Natasha has been part of the financial services world since 2015, starting in client services and moving onto Trainee Paraplanner and IFA Administrator positions, before accepting her current role as an Advice Operations Administrator with Six Degrees. She works closely with our advisers and paraplanners, helping to keep everything running smoothly. From client administration and preparing annual reviews to carrying out in-depth research, Natasha makes sure our clients receive the best possible service.

When she’s not at work, Natasha enjoys spending time with her two dogs and her pet frog, as well as adding to her ever-growing Pokémon card collection. Each keep her equally entertained in very different ways!

Prior to joining Six Degrees, Harry spent seven years at RBC Private Wealth, where he advised business owners, entrepreneurs, high earners and their families. Alongside advising clients, he co-ran the programme for training future Relationship Managers – something that continues to shape his mindset today. Educating and delivering insight are central to Harry’s approach, making complex wealth matters accessible, and showing how sometimes a difficult decision may also be an opportunity.

Harry’s purpose-driven approach to wealth management goes beyond just the numbers, whether that be supporting entrepreneurs through pre and post-exit planning or helping families navigate wealth related conversations across generations. With an Economics degree from Durham and a strong interest in psychology, he blends analytical thinking with human insights to help clients align their wealth with their wider goals.

Outside work, Harry is happiest on the golf course, on skis, or planning his next trip. A former rugby player until injury curtailed his playing days, he remains a keen follower of the sport. With his South African partner, he also enjoys regular visits to South Africa for some wine, scenery and safari.
